Hakuba Iwatake Apartments are one of the few true ski-in, ski-out apartment complexes in Hakuba.
Hakuba Iwatake Apartments are located in a premiere position in Hakuba, right on Iwatake ski field. Just 25 meters from the closest lift, our building offers guests unbeatable value and excellent service. This is a true ski-in and ski-out location in the very centre of the Hakuba Valley.
In the summertime, there are nice outside areas to BBQ amongst nature.
This is our largest apartment at Hakuba Iwatake Apartments. It is 101 square meters inside. This is a very spacious apartment. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own full ensuite including floor to ceiling tiles. Beds can be configured as either a King bed or two single beds in each room. There is a large open plan living, kitchen and dining room overlooking the ski field. The kitchen has everything you need for a real home away from home. There is a large oak dining table that comfortably seats 6 people. Free broadband WiFi and full Netflix subscription is included.
Iwatake Apartments never feel crowded and the service is always great. The apartments are fresh and modern.
The location is also very near to a local Onsen for those guests wanting to soak away in true Japanese style.
Hakuba Iwatake Apartments are owned and operated by Ayako and Daniel Bacon. Ayako and Daniel have been successfully operating self contained accommodation in Hakuba since 2007. They are full time Hakuba residents.

20th December to March 11th - 135,000 yen per night including tax (6 people).
March 12th to April 30th - 100,000 yen per night including tax (6 people).
August - 60,000 per night including tax (6 people).
July and September - 57,000 per night including tax (6 people).
All other times 53,000 per night including tax (6 people).

All prices are inclusive of Japanese sales tax.
We accept payment via WISE, bank transfer or credit card/PayPal (4% charge).
Rates are in Japanese yen per night. Prices are per apartment and there are no hidden charges accept for the 4% credit card handling charge or international intermediary bank fees.
3 bedroom apartments can sleep up to 6 people.
There are minimum nights stay requirements during the winter season. Please ask.
Prices include complimentary pick up from and drop off to either Hakuba train station or Happo bus terminal upon your arrival and departure (see ‘getting to Hakuba’ page under “Hakuba Information’ tab for the best option from Narita Airport to Hakuba). Staff are on access 24/7. We also have free outside parking.
All shampoo, conditioner, hand soaps, clothes washing powder, dishwashing powder and liquid, kitchen towels, toilet paper, tissues, towels, hand towels, linen, bath mats are provided.
Cleaning and linen/towel service is done between rentals or every 7 days for longer stays. When you arrive, everything is clean and fresh. Daily or more frequent cleaning/linen change during your stay is available at a nominal extra cost.
Food is not included in the price. We can provide complimentary supermarket trips for guest convenience on selected days.
The apartments are strictly non-smoking.
Standard policy: 50% deposit is required within a week of booking to confirm winter reservations. Cancellations with less than twelve weeks notice or “No Shows”, sorry no refund. Cancellations from twelve to sixteen weeks notice will require a 40% charge.
Cancellations with more than sixteens weeks will receive a full refund minus bank fees.
The balance of bookings to be paid at least 12 weeks before check in.
Upon check-in, a copy of a valid credit card will be taken for security purposes.
Terms and conditions will be outlined in the invoice and deemed agreed to once payment has been made.
