This beautiful brand new two-storey self contained cabin is set on Iwatake ski field. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this accommodation offers a modern open-plan kitchen, living and dining room with picture perfect views out over Iwatake snow field. The cabin features underfloor heating, 60 inch LED TV with Netflix and broadband WiFi, a large teak balcony with picturesque views, a very large modern western kitchen with all the amenities you need in a luxurious home away from home and including a full-sized oven. The bathrooms have underfloor heating for toasty feet and feature floor to ceiling tiles throughout. Thew cabin is fully air-conditioned in the summer months. There is a bath to soak and take in the wonderful view of snow falling outside the bathroom windows. All beds can be set as one large king bed or split into two single beds per bedroom. The L-shape Italian leather sofa comfortably seats 6 as does the handmade solid wood dining table. The immediate area at Iwatake is full of wonderful forest to the rear and open snow field to the front. Hakuba Brew Pub with its famous 20 tap wall full of craft beer and delicious homemade food is located within a minute walk of Iwatake Cabin. Iwatake is one of Hakuba's favourite ski fields with beautiful views of Hakuba Valley, the picturesque Mountain Harbour viewing deck and City Cafe at the summit as well as a good mix of beginner, intermediate and advanced skiing and snowboarding. In the summer, Iwatake is also the home off Hakuba's downhill mountain biking course - literally a stones throw from the front door of Iwatake Cabin. In the summertime, there are nice outside areas to BBQ amongst nature. The cabin is fully air-conditioned. Owned and managed by Hakuba Holiday, our guests receive our customer full service from initial contact through to departure including pick up and drop off service from Hakuba bus or train stations, regular supermarket shuttles, bilingual support 24/7, luggage storage and forwarding and our other concierge services. Shoulder Season (December 1st to December 14th and March 13th to end of April): 115,000 yen per night including tax.

We accept payment via WISE, bank transfer or credit card/PayPal (4% charge).

Rates are in Japanese yen per night. Prices are per apartment and there are no hidden charges accept for the 4% credit card handling charge or international intermediary bank fees.

This house sleeps a maximum of 6 people.

There are minimum nights stay requirements during the winter season. Please ask.

Prices include complimentary pick up from and drop off to either Hakuba train station or Happo bus terminal upon your arrival and departure (see ‘getting to Hakuba’ page under “Hakuba Information’ tab for the best option from Narita Airport to Hakuba). Staff are on access 24/7. There is also free outside parking onsite.

All shampoo, conditioner, hand soaps, clothes washing powder, dishwashing powder and liquid, kitchen towels, toilet paper, tissues, towels, hand towels, linen, bath mats are provided.

Cleaning and linen/towel service is done between rentals or every 7 days for longer stays. When you arrive, everything is clean and fresh. Daily or more frequent cleaning/linen change during your stay is available at a nominal extra cost.

Food is not included in the price. We can provide complimentary supermarket trips for guest convenience on selected days.

This property is strictly non-smoking.

Standard policy: 50% deposit is required within a week of booking to confirm winter reservations. Cancellations with less than twelve weeks notice or “No Shows”, sorry no refund. Cancellations from twelve to sixteen weeks notice will require a 40% charge.
Cancellations with more than sixteen weeks will receive a full refund minus bank fees.
The balance of bookings to be paid at least 12 weeks before check in.

Upon check-in, a copy of a valid credit card will be taken for security purposes.
Terms and conditions will be outlined in the invoice and deemed agreed to once payment has been made.
