Hakuba Mid Season (Feb 2nd - Feb 28th):

Hakuba Low Season (Dec 1st– Dec 19th and March 1st– March 19th)

Rates are in Japanese yen per night. Prices are per apartment and there are no hidden charges. There is a 8% mandatory Japan sales tax that will also be added at invoicing.

3 bedroom apartments can sleep up to 6 people. 2 Bedroom apartments can sleep up to 4 people. Extra bedding may be arranged on a case by case basis.

Minimum of three night stay during the winter season.

Prices include complimentary pick up from and drop off to either Hakuba train station or Happo bus terminal upon your arrival and departure (see ‘getting to Hakuba’ page under “Hakuba Information’ tab for the best option from Narita Airport to Hakuba). Staff are on access 24/7.

All shampoo, conditioner, hand soaps, clothes washing powder, dishwashing powder and liquid, kitchen towels, toilet paper, tissues, towels, hand towels, linen, bath mats are provided.

Cleaning and linen/towel service is done between rentals or every 7 days for longer stays. When you arrive, everything is clean and fresh. Daily or more frequent cleaning/linen change during your stay is available at a nominal extra cost.

Food is not included in the price. We can provide complimentary supermarket trips for guest convenience on selected days. Additionally, the various shuttle buses also drop you at supermarkets nearby.

50% deposit is required within a week of booking to confirm winter reservations. Cancellations with less than eight weeks notice or “No Shows”, sorry no refund. Cancellations from eight to twelve weeks notice will require a 30% charge. The balance of bookings to be paid at least two weeks before check in.

Bookings and refunds will be subject to international interbank charges which are typically around JPY 3000 per transfer.
