Hakuba Brewing Company…

Iwatake Lodge Hakuba also has a very special public bar. Located right within Iwatake Lodge is home of the newly established Hakuba Brewing Company (HBC). HBC is a local craft beer maker, producing fine beers made from Hakuba artesian ground water and produced right on site at Iwatake Lodge. Launching for the 2015/2016 season, Hakuba Brew Pub will also operate out of Iwatake Lodge. This pub will provide HBC craft beers on tap fresh from the brewery itself. The kitchen will serve simple home style Japanese and western influenced food. All food is sourced locally where possible and made fresh daily to ensure high quality and great flavour. The pub and dining room is complete with an open fireplace and boasts a vast expanse of large windows looking directly onto the Hakuba Iwatake ski slope.
